MALTA INC. NAMES PHIL DELLEVILLE PRESIDENT AND CEO

CAMBRIDGE, MA – October 6, 2024 – Malta Inc., the grid-scale, long-duration energy storage company, today announced the appointment of Phil Delleville as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Delleville joined Malta in April 2022 as Managing Director, Product Development, Supply Chain, Strategy & Operations. In his new role, he will join the Board of Directors. Ramya Swaminathan, who led the spin-out of the company from X, the moonshot factory in 2018 and has served as the company's CEO since its founding, will continue to support Malta as Senior Advisor.

Mr. Delleville’s career spans more than 30 years at engineering, manufacturing, and service firms including Saint-Gobain, Gamesa, and Siemens Gamesa, with more than eight years of having served as a CEO and divisional lead with assignments throughout the globe. He holds a BA in Economics from NEOMA (Reims, France), BA in International Business at ESB (Reutlingen, Germany) as well as an MBA from Temple University (Philadelphia, USA).
